USITC’s final determination of AD & CVD on SS flanges

The US International Trade Commission (USTIC) recently announced it is determined that it would keep the existing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on stainless steel flanges from China and India after the five-year sunset reviews.
It found the revocation of the existing AD and CVD measures on this product may result in the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.
The Chairman and three Commissioners voted in the affirmative.
It was a five-year sunset review process according to the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
